COME ON, DO IT!

 

KPN telecom introduced a new service which allowed you to change your mobile subscription anytime, up or down, without any penalties.

 

People were invited to encourage other people to make an important change which they were postponing, by having a personal comic made. This comic was made on the spot and its creation could be followed via webcam. This webcam stream was also used in special banners on MSN and Telegraaf.

 

People really enjoyed the personal touch and the comics made the rounds through social media. This created a positive vibe for the company, which could use the boost, following a string of negative press.
